Frequently Asked Questions
Answers to common questions from current and prospective tenants.
Rent is accepted through Innago (our online payment portal). Bank transfers are free — credit card payments incur a fee. Cash and personal checks are not accepted, and we do not accept mailed payments. In rare exceptions, money orders may be delivered to the mail drop at our office: 1026 SW 6th Ave, Amarillo TX 79101 — look for the yellow wall; the mail drop slot is on that yellow wall, right next to the address numbers. Important: your money order must be completely filled out before dropping it, and you should always photograph your money order before dropping it off. We are not responsible for lost payments delivered to the mail drop — Innago is the safest way to pay.
Late fees may be incurred for late payments. Notification to your property manager is required by text when you know you will be late.
Innago has a customer support team that can walk you through any issues. Go to www.innago.com and click the "Support" tab.
Late fees are only incurred when a payment has not been made by the due date. If a payment has been submitted in Innago and is actively processing, no late fees will be charged — provided the payment fully clears. However, if the payment is denied, reversed, or kicked back for any reason, late fees may apply at that time. It is strongly advised that you set up your bank account in Innago well in advance of your rent due date to avoid processing delays.
Innago allows rent payment by bank transfer (free — we cover the fees) or credit card (fees charged to you). If you pay by bank transfer, there is no additional cost to you.
Neighbor disputes, noise complaints, and animal issues are not the landlord's responsibility. You should contact the Amarillo Police Department for any complaints about neighbors or their animals.
First, shut off the water to the residence. To do this, locate the manhole cover in the alley directly in line with your property (usually near the gas meter — the gray pipe). Lift the metal cover and turn the valve so it is perpendicular to the pipe. Then immediately text us at (806) 484-1852.
If it is an emergency, call 911 immediately. For non-emergencies, contact Atmos Energy at 1-866-322-8667. IMPORTANT: If your carbon monoxide detector is alarming, evacuate everyone from the home immediately and call 911.
No. Smoking in the home is a direct violation of your lease and is grounds for eviction and forfeiture of your security deposit.
