  2. Set up your bank account well before rent is due — first-time bank transfers take several business days
  3. Late fees apply even if Innago is still processing your first payment

  • • Money orders only by exception — deliver to

  • • No cash, no mailed checks

Maintenance & Emergencies

  • • Water leak: shut off valve at alley manhole first, then text us
  • • Gas leak: call 911 or Atmos at 1-866-322-8667
  • • Neighbor issues: contact Amarillo PD
  • • Carbon monoxide alarm: evacuate & call 911
