Why utilize self showings?
Self-showings can offer significant benefits for a property management company and tenant prospects. They provide prospective tenants with the flexibility to view properties at their convenience from 9am to 7pm every day but Sunday and Federal Holidays, which can lead to quicker leasing decisions. Additionally, self showings can reduce the workload on property managers by minimizing the need for scheduled appointments and in-person showings. This innovative approach can enhance efficiency and improve overall rental experience for both managers and tenants.

How does it work?
When you have identified the unit you would like to see, we will allow for you to pick a 30 minute time slot to view the property during the viewing hours mentioned above. You will be required to send a picture of your ID held next to your face so we can verify who is actually viewing the property for liability and safety reasons. Once you have picked your time slot and sent your ID/Face picture we generate a code through our secure CodeBox lockbox system and the CodeBox will text it to you. Your code will only work during your requested time slot and if you are unable to view or miss your time window you will need to reschedule by texting us at 806-484-1852.

How do I enter the code that was texted to me?
Enter the code on the lockbox and press the "Enter" button on bottom right corner. The door pops open and you now have access to the key! Dont forget to put the key back after locking up the home!

What if I have issues opening the lockbox?
We generally have zero issues with our CodeBox system unless you are outside your allotted time window. On occasion we still use regular lockboxes that require you to scroll through manual dials for a code; these can be particular in that you MUST have all of the numbers lined up correctly for it to function. Additionally, they almost always open like a draw bridge with the key door folding down with the hinge at the bottom. Sometimes these drawbridge doors get stuck so require some force.
